NATAS COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 Policy for Attendees of the 74th Technology & Engineering Emmy® Awards

To attend the Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards each participant must provide proof of one of the following:

  • Full vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, including a single booster (if eligible); or
  • A negative result on a lab-based PCR molecular test that was administered no earlier than 12:01 am EDT on Thursday, April 13, 2023; or
  • A negative result on a Lucira RT-LAMP molecular test that was administered no earlier than 12:01 am EDT on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

For the test results, the 72-hour timeline can be no earlier than 7:00pm PDT on Thursday, April 13, 2023.

We will be using the CLEAR® Health Pass to provide easy proof of required COVID-related health certification for faster entry to the event. Attendees will also be required to complete a short health survey via the CLEAR® app within 24 hours of the ceremony.

CLEAR® is widely used in the sports and entertainment world for this process. Please instruct your attendees to download the CLEAR® Health Pass app on their phone, if they haven’t already.

In the field “Have a code?” enter NATAS.  Then under the ‘Select your Event’ tab, choose 2023 Tech Emmys and then follow the instructions from that point on

**If attendees with a non-US issued vaccination card experience problems with registering on the CLEAR app, please bring proof of vaccination.

There will be no on-site testing options available, so attendees must be tested in advance and have their test results available upon arrival.

NATAS will refuse entry to any attendee who is unable to meet the requirements of this policy and no refunds will be granted.
(COVID-19 Policy subject to change depending on ongoing circumstances.)
