Melinda Roeder-Skrbin, Scholarship Committee Chair

Melinda Roeder has served as Chair of the Scholarship Committee since 2018. She has also served NATAS as a Trustee.  Melinda has more than 20 years of experience in broadcasting and earned several awards, including 13 regional Emmy awards. She is a news anchor at KDKA in Pittsburgh, PA, and a professor at Waynesburg University, where she teaches courses in broadcast journalism, media law, and video production. Melinda has worked in several broadcast markets as a reporter and anchor, including Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Baltimore, and Lexington.
