Eva Basler is Vice President of Communications and Talent Relations in charge of publicity, marketing, social media, talent relations, and special events for Bell-Phillip TV Prods—Inc., which produces the world’s most watched daytime drama, The Bold and the Beautiful.
Before joining B&B, Basler launched the inaugural publicity campaign for the pop-culture phenomenon Passions for NBC Studios. Before that, she was a publicist for the annual Oscar telecast for over a decade. The producers of the inaugural telecast invited her to create and write the SAG Awards’ official rules. She later served as their Awards Show Coordinator, overseeing the competition and ceremony.
Basler is dedicated to the advancement and success of all aspects of television. An active member of the Television Academy since 2000, she is currently the Governor of Daytime Programming. For NATAS, Basler has served The National Awards Committee for a few years. Beginning in January 2024, Basler begins a three-year term on NATAS’ Board of Directors.
Basler volunteers at the Union Rescue Mission on Skid Row in DTLA for social justice, diversity and inclusion, and women’s rights causes. She is a published author and motivational speaker.
