David M. Ephraim

Trustee, Chicago Midwest Regional Chapter

David is an owner/partner at Ephraim & Associates, P.C., a general practice law firm concentrating in the representation of television, radio and publishing talent. David has practiced for over 25 years in the areas of tax planning and return preparation, financial and estate planning, and real estate transactions.

His clients include media talent as well as other medium-high net worth individuals. In addition to being an attorney, David is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (TM) certificant and an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker.

David is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association. He is also a member of the Chicago Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for which he served as Treasurer for 20 years and is currently serving as a National Trustee.

David has a BS in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law. He lives in Highland Park, Illinois with his wife, Francine, and their teenage children, Sam and Naomi.
